The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
Pets are allowed on request and stay free of charge
The reception is open daily from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM and from 06:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please inform the property in advance.
Please note that the restaurant is closed on Monday evenings.
The use of the kitchenette in the superior rooms must be arranged at the reception.

2. Direct payment at the hotel with credit card as booking guarantee:
Direct payment at the hotel must be guaranteed by credit card by completing and sending the following form within 1 day from the booking date.
Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled.
